Contractor License Alabama - How To File Your Application

How To Get A Contractor License - Alabama:

Alabama requires a Residential Contractor, General Contractor, Prime-Contractor, or Sub-Contractor license. Corporations must be registered.

CLSI Will Provide The Following Support:

1. Complete & submit your application to the State Contractors Board. Applications must be received at least (30) days prior to regular board meetings.


2. Schedule your exam (If allowed).


3. Register your Corporation, Partnership, and LLC with the appropriate agency.


4. Continually work with you until your license is issued.

Alabama has reciprocity with Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee.
